Shipping & Delivery
We maintain ready stock of all items. Most orders ship in 1 - 3 business days, however, larger orders may take four days for ready shipment. The estimated delivery time is 5-7 Business Days. Unfortunately, we do not provide International Shipping at this moment. Also, we can not ship to: Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands & APO/FPO military boxes.
Privacy & Security
We ask for your name and address for shipping purposes and your phone number and email address as contact information in case of any problems that we may encounter fulfilling your order. We never collect credit card information. Your credit card information is collected by Verisign and PayPal on their SSL-enabled secured servers. We will never share, sell, or rent individual personal information with anyone without your advance permission. Information submitted to us is only available to employees managing this information for purposes of contacting you or sending you emails based on your request for information.
Returns & Replacements
All returns must also have a copy of the purchase Invoice or Packing slip. To ensure full credit, all returning items must be returned in good condition, in original boxes with all paperwork, parts and accessories. All return items that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted. Please follow return instructions below and contact us for instructions with your order no. and reason of return prior to making any returns. All shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
1. Defective Item Return:
If the item is defective, you may return it to us for credit or replacement within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in original package, with good inner package, and no markings of any kind on the packaging. Please include a copy of proof of purchase.

2. Non-Defective Item Return:
You may return a non-defective item for credit within 30 days of purchase. A 20% restocking fee will be applied for all non-defective item returns. Sorry, all shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Item must be in new and re-sellable condition, in its original package with good inner package, and no markings of any kind on the packaging. Broken quantity inner packs are not returnable. Merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner pack must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged. Returns which do not meet the conditions described in this return policy will be returned and shipping cost of return will be charged. Please include a copy of proof of purchase.

3. Damaged Item During Shipping or Lost Shipment:
If you've received a damaged item due to shipping, please contact us immediately within 3 days of receiving the item to process claims. Please also send us a picture of the damaged item as proof of damage to process the claim. Credit or Refund will be sent upon the carrier validate the claim.
Ordering & Payment
Ordering a product from our website is quick and easy. After you select an item, you'll be guided through checkout. After you have entered the billing & shipping address, choose your payment & shipping method. Thereafter, you’ll be taken to the secure servers of PayPal, where you can make payment by: PayPal or major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express).
Viewing Orders & Account Information
All registered members can view their order history & account details once they log into their account. Click “My Account” link on the top of page to view all relevant information connected to your account. You can even edit account info through this section.
